Sloughi - Designer Decals
The origin of the Sloughi remain a mystery to this day. This ancient Sighthound go back in time to perhaps 7,000 to 8,000 B.C. and were faithful campanions of the Berber and Bedouin nomadic tribes throughout Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Libya. A 4 to 5 thousand year old seal, that was uncovered on an archealogical site in Mesopotamia, carries the images of dogs that closely resemble the modern day Sloughi, which is also known as the Arabian Greyhound or Berber Greyhound.
